Refund Policy

At Bespoke Graphics, all products are customized and made to order. Due to the nature of printing and graphic design services, we follow a strict refund policy.

 

1. No Refund on Custom Orders
All printing and design services are non-refundable once the order is confirmed and production has begun.

 

2. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order. After this, the order will be processed and cannot be cancelled.

 

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

• Provide clear images of the issue

• We will review and offer a replacement if valid

 

4. Design Approval Responsibility
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving design proofs before final printing. We are not liable for errors approved by the customer.

 

5. Refund Eligibility
Refunds (if applicable) will only be processed in cases where:

• The product is not delivered

• The issue is verified and cannot be resolved with a replacement

 

6. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
